IDS is seeking a Site Lead to lead a team of trainers providing an Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course in Pristina, Kosovo. The Site Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of contract requirements, and must be able to direct trainers and effectively interface with the client.

IDS is seeking a Site Lead to lead a team of trainers providing an Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course in Pristina, Kosovo. The Site Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of contract requirements, and must be able to direct trainers and effectively interface with the client.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- BA/BS from an accredited university/college
- 5+ years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope.
- 10+ years of experience in the branch of Infantry and combat operations in the DoD, DoD partners or Infantry community
- 3+ years of experience in working directly with senior leaders
- Knowledgeable in the modern infantry tactics, platoon battle drills, along with any other applicable subject areas
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
