BlueHalo is seeking a highly skilled, experienced FP&A leader to join our growing organization. This position is responsible for providing leadership to the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions within the organization. This role involves providing strategic insights, financial guidance, and support to senior management to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. The Director of FP&A leads the development of financial models, analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluation of investment opportunities to inform decision-making and drive performance improvement initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Lead the preparation of annual operating budgets, long-range financial plans, and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units and functional leaders.

Provide insightful analysis of financial results, variances, and trends to senior management, highlighting key business drivers and areas for improvement.

Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and strategic decision-making.

Partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, capital investments, and strategic projects, assessing their financial feasibility and potential impact on the organization.

Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Support the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership, board of directors, and external stakeholders, communicating financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives effectively.

You're required to have this
    Bachelor's or Masters Degree in economics, finance, or business
  • 15+ years of experience as a Finance professional.
  • 3+ years of FP&A management experience
