Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician 3 to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to all stages of installation of nurse call, access control, CCTV, intercom, fire alarm system
• Complete scope of work for assigned projects which will include some combination of the following:
• Review and comprehend assigned Scope of Work for each project assigned
• Verification of project materials
• Installation, programming, training as contracted
• Work as a liaison between the Customer and Project Manager as needed
• Fulfill all job completion tasks as required (submittal of notes and other required paperwork)
• Maintain timesheet and daily activity log
• Assist in field training of entry level technicians as needed
• Troubleshoot and provide necessary technical support as needed for both Customer and other technicians
• Communicate closely with Project Manager to provide status updates, collaborate and resolve issues
• Participates in approved job-related training and development programs. Participates in equipment training and receives certification, and operates equipment as needed
• Maintains assigned vehicles and equipment in excellent condition. Ensures availability of items required to keep in stock so the technicians can complete the necessary installations and or repairs
• Ensure safety procedures are always followed
• Establishes effective working relationships with those contacted during work, and communicate clearly, and effectively both orally and in writing
• Manages multiple priorities and deadlines and works effectively with minimum supervision
• Ensure quality control for assigned task
• Clean up work area daily
• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in low voltage installation
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

• Manufacturer certification or equivalent field experience working on Notifier, Software House, Lenel/S2, AMAG, Commscope, C-Cur, and other VMS platforms
• Network certifications, degrees, or proven IT work experience
