Support an eLearning Course Developer with building and maintaining a records management training course for our Federal Agency client. Provide subject matter expertise to the team by developing content for users to understand basic records management requirements and specific requirements for role-based or microlearning trainings. Comprehend, capture, and translate Agency business requirements and policies into easily understood learning content and scenario based explanations. Validate the content against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements to the Agencies. Support reviews with the Agency of the solutions and perform compliance checks against the objectives of the content. Assist in the development of the trainings to a wide variety of users who will take the training annual to satisfy their Records Management compliance responsibilities.
