All Source Analyst - Senior

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Analytics is seeking qualified individuals to serve as All Source Analysts to support our government client. The All Source Analyst provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

All Source Analyst - Senior Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
  • Review the alerts and supporting information escalated by the Tier 2 analysts, complete the Insider Threat analysis, and provide a final Insider Threat recommendation to the Site Project Lead for further action
  • Provide relevant information to the Site Project Lead or site-specific designated official to share with DITMAC
  • Prepare and present supporting reports, briefings, and executive summaries to brief Government stakeholders on Insider Threat threats, trends, and other Insider Threat information and recommendations
  • Review alerts cleared as false positives for missed indicators of concern or other reportable information
  • Assist and train junior and mid level analysts to ensure job proficiency and effectiveness
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

All Source Analyst - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • High level of knowledge of User Activity Monitoring (UAM) analysis techniques and trends
  • Experience and/or training in areas such as US and global privacy laws, Insider Threat risk mitigation, and Insider Threat deterrence
  • Desired to have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience related to the All Source Analyst role with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Desired to have a Master's Degree in an area related to the All Source Analyst position.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the All Source Analyst's activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
