Sentara Health is hiring for a Transformation Analyst!

Status: Full-Timepermanent position

Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST, M-F

Location: Sentara Park in Virginia Beach, VA. Position require 3 days in office per week with opportunity to WFH 2 days per week, at the discretion of the manager.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the sourcing, creation, and management of transformation documentation, presentation creation, meeting content sourcing and facilitation, training content development, and various tasks to support assigned projects and initiatives. This position will ensure weekly cadence activities are successfully prepared and completion is tracked. Collaborates with key resources across support areas in the identification, planning, and execution of deliverables. Performs other various administrative duties for the Transformation Office.

Required qualifications:

  • Three years' of related experience is required in one of the following areas: Operations, IT or Reporting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Advanced aptitude in Powerpoint (formatting, development, content), skilled in Excel (Graphs, Charts, Pivot Tables, etc.),

  • Strong written and verbal executive communication, skilled in content sourcing and development.

Job Summary

Designs, produces and analyzes customer operations data. Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects as it pertains to operational processes. Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business. Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
