You have completed a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 7 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

  • Available to travel to support 3 technical committee (1 week each), 3 management/steering committee (1 week each) plus the executive committee meeting (1 day) and 1 NRC meeting annually

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a PWROG Analysis Committee Program Director in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • Rigorous requirements for project management excellence including documented kick-off meetings, monthly project reviews, lessons learned and periodic project reports for the ASC
  • Monitoring of program scheduler requirements and expediting processes necessary to maintain program schedules for the ASC
  • Long range focus on budget development and forecasting for the ASC
  • Develop, implement and maintain the short, medium, and long term TC strategic plan for the ASC
  • Providing a focal point for all PWROG activities within the Westinghouse/Framatome organization, for the committee membership, including regulatory/industry groups for the ASC
  • Development, tracking, and management of the PWROG Key Performance Indicators for the ASC
  • Tracking, reporting, revising, and driving product implementation for the ASC
  • Preparing meeting agendas, PAs, meeting presentation materials, and issuance of meeting summaries for the ASC
  • Facilitate all required PWROG sponsored meetings for the ASC
  • Maintaining the PWROG internet site for the ASC
  • Work with Framatome Project Administration/Controls for management of monthly expenditures, invoicing and forecasting.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $110,000 - $149,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
