ResponsibilitiesThe Account Technology Strategist (ATS) play a pivotal role in synthesizing and providing industry/technology insights to the team based on their expertise in technology platforms, customer businesses and ability to build digital transformation (DT) strategy with the customer that is aligned to business outcomes. This role is responsible for building and strengthening customer and partner relationships through technical engagements. * Proactively builds and maintains knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts.* Understand customers' mission, business and IT priorities and success measures to design solutions that drive Microsoft Cloud adoption and business value.* Apply technical knowledge to architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, create digital transformation roadmaps, drive Proof of Concepts (POCs).* Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the account team and across the Microsoft Federal organization while educating customers on Microsoft's products.
