Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our corporate team.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the renewal experience in close partnership with the Inside Sales Manager and Contracts Manager to provide accurate renewal processing and a seamless customer experience
  • Retain and increase service contract revenue in existing customer accounts by executing timely renewals, from initial analysis to final booking of signed contracts
  • Verify contract data for accuracy, including customer information, third party fees, equipment inventory, etc.
  • Migrate existing customers from our legacy plans on to new packaging and pricing (where applicable)
  • Proactively identify lengthier renewal scenarios and maintain high on-time renewal rate
  • Update renewal forecast on a weekly basis and report to management
  • Create client proposals and contracts for all existing service contract renewals

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales
  • Valid Driver License required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Experience with CRM applications such as MS Dynamics
  • Ability to work multi-task, manage a high volume of accounts and quote opportunities
  • Previous experience with contract management, renewals
  • Strong customer-facing acumen and communication skills
