Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Sr. Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

    Responsible for guiding the USCG through the complexities of change related to the adoption and rollout of ESMP, ensuring smooth transitions while maximizing employee engagement and minimizing resistance.
  • Utilizes the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) to facilitate change and adoption of ESMP.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that align with USCG organizational goals, facilitate effective communication across all levels of the USCG, and providing training and support to ensure employees are equipped for change.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years experience or Master's degree with 6 years experience or HS Diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Proven experience in change management or related fields such as organizational development, project management, or human resources.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in change management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to different audiences.
  • Ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to the organization's needs.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
