Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator supports the customer's Business and Outreach Group assisting with establishment of the office-level processes and documentation. Skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Support with project management methodologies to include Waterfall and Agile
  • Assist with establishment, standup, and management of internal boards
  • Assist with tools and provide guidance on how to automate and integrate
  • Provide support and engagement for external customer governance boards
  • Assist with internal and external team collaboration
  • Assist with documentation to include providing information and authoring, some examples include standard operating procedures, taking meeting minutes, charters
  • Experienced in the areas of governance for technical programs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with competing requirements and short deadlines
  • Ability to provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) at the project level and executive level
  • Ability to provide facilitation support to ensure work processes and workflows are captured
  • Ability to share expertise and integrate across organizations teams
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Possess a strong foundation in project management skills and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and with Polygraph
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
    • BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managers
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem

  • Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
  • Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
