We are seeking an energetic professional to fill our need for a Wire Processor. This position is responsible for performing all tasks associated with processing outgoing and incoming wire transactions in a timely, highly accurate and efficient manner; the annual valuation of outgoing wires processed approximates $300,000,000.00The Wire Processor is also responsible for ensuring tasks meet existing regulatory requirements, particularly those governed by BSA and OFAC regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Minimum one to three years of customer service experience in a financial institution, or similar or related experience; or one year experience as a Wire Processor

2. High School diploma or equivalent required, with Associates Degree preferred

3. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

4. Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with significant attention to detail and accuracy

5. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to exercise sound judgment

6. Ability to effectively prioritize work to meet established deadlines

7. Professional phone manner and ability to handle delicate situations with tact and diplomacy

8. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with attention to grammar and composition

9. Ability to work accurately with numbers

10. Ability to work independently and regularly meet deadlines with minimum supervision

11. Accurate typing with reasonable speed

12. Ability to use office equipment, such as computer, printer, typewriter, calculator, photocopier, facsimile machine and scanner

13. Knowledge of computers and experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
