Responsibilities
The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's cloud solution organization by providing Vendor Management Contracts support. In this position, the candidate will support contract specialists in providing contract analysis support, Contract Action Items, Request for Information (RFI) and developing requirements for Task Orders (TO) for Cloud Service Providers.
    Support various Cloud Service Provider (CSP) acquisition activities
  • Support the COs and assist the Contractor Officer Technical Representatives (COTR) in understanding contract requirements, Task Orders (TO) for Request for Proposal (RFPs) and other supporting technical documentation.
  • Ability to assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions
  • Work with the Team leads, program managers, COTRs and acquisition professionals to validate that acquisition strategy will support a technically feasible outcome that meets the customers' needs
  • Assisting the sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Assist in identification and definition of process efficiencies based on industries best practices
  • Support vendor meetings with preparations, logistics, escorting, and collaborate with security, as required
  • Provide analysis on potential vendors, when needed, to include identifying, documenting, and reporting potential business and financial risk
Qualifications
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Broad understanding of Customer's acquisition activities and protocols
  • Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad project level and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated experience performing facilitation with groups to ensure capturing work processes and workflows
  • Demonstrated experience to interact with customers, external stakeholders and program managers in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of Sponsor's acquisition activities and protocols
  • Exceptional communication and familiarity with Sponsor's environments at both project level and executive audiences
  • Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action
  • Experience in developing and refining the concept of operations (CONOPS) documentation
  • Experience in the executive level with the ability to coordinate, communicate and develop polished policies for dissemination of sensitive technical information
  • Self-starter and team player with solid project management skills (e.g., planning, tracking, and reporting)
  • Prior experience in writing RFPs or responding to RFPs with a proposal
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
