Job Description

Position Objective

As part of WorldStrides' Loyalty & Events team, the Loyalty & Events Coordinator will work with Group Marketing leadership to assist in Loyalty program execution, initiatives planning and implementation to engage and retain teachers by leveraging customer insights, understanding the competitive landscape, and working with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the position will have responsibility over the planning and execution of in-person events related to the loyalty program and other sales and marketing initiatives.

Essential Functions

The Loyalty & Events Coordinator will:

  • Support evolution and implementation of overall Loyalty strategies, ensuring that projects track against program objective and plans.
  • Partner across teams to develop organizational strategy and processes for new teacher experiences, program features and initiatives integration.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, and Business Analysts in analyzing/interpreting data to draw clear, actionable insights and tactical plans for customer segment to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Coordinate the communication, planning, and event reporting processes across all Marketing & Sales Events.
  • When necessary, provide on-site support during events and conferences.
  • Coordinate the redemption and associated tracking process for WorldStrides loyalty programs requests.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers regarding Loyalty programs inquiries.
  • Liaise regarding processes and communications with the marketing team and other internal customers.
  • Provide administrative support, facilitation of virtual sessions, and fulfillment for customer peer mentoring program.
  • Be an advocate for the teacher and bring customer-first mindset to all initiatives
  • Be comfortable operating in constant, rapid test & learn environment and driving organizational change through action
  • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional peers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience. Prefer experience in loyalty programs and/or sales and marketing events.
  • Experience writing strategic briefs and working cross-functionally within a marketing or integrated teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building focus.
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Adobe suite, and event management software
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team and be independently motivated.
  • Acute attention to detail, organization, effective time management, and solution-based thinking.
  • Travel may be up to 20% annually. Majority of travel time is during weekends.
