Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Fleet Coordinator to join our corporate team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Fleet Management Tracking system
  • Ensure proper upfit is done for incoming vehicles (AME, Wraps, etc.)
  • Process all necessary fleet related invoices for respective BU
  • Bi-Weekly report out of all Fleet Systems/Portals
  • Manage insurance claims
  • Manage rentals
  • Register and license all vehicles
  • Process New hire Vehicle request / Terminations
  • Cycling out Status Report out
  • Track monthly/quarterly inspections
  • Monitor fuel purchases by administering fuel cards for all vehicles to their respective drivers
  • Finding creative ways to cut costs and maximize profits
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle and equipment servicing
  • Comply with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on all vehicles and tracking outliers
  • Oversee the sale and/or auction of used vehicles when due
  • Manage and utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles
  • Job duties are subject to change

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5 years of Fleet or like experience
