You are confident in your abilities to be a Partner (supporter and assister). Your experiences have led you to understand that there is an art + science to the how and what an Accounting and Finance professional is responsible for; the passion to understand and support the operation of the business. You enjoy the camaraderie of a team and know that everyone plays an important role, no matter their title. When one of the members of the team goes down, you are one of the first to jump in and pick them up. You are willing to jump in the trenches and find solutions to improving the process.
