Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for 2^nd Shift Manufacturing Associate l to join them. You will report to the Production Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Galax, VA.

To be considered for the Manufacturing Associate position, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• HS diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

• Perform detail measurements using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, microscopes, etc.
• Be able to read customer drawings and prints
• Track product
• Communicate daily with Quality and Process Engineering on quality issues
• Create/update documentation such as SOPs, checklists, forms, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance to AS9100/ISO, IPC, Military, Space requirements
• Perform data entry
• Use Microscopes

Salary Range:

• $15.50/hour
