Valiant is seeking consulting and analysis professionals with experience in finance, budget, management, program, planning and resource oversight activities for a customer in the Northern Virginia area. Multiple positions are available and candidates will be bid on a contingent basis for task orders that are continually being released by the customer. Successful candidates will have experience in some but not necessarily all of the following areas: Strategic and organizational planning. Business process improvement. Conducting surveys. Assessment and improvement of financial management systems. Financial reporting and analysis. Strategic financial planning. Budget analysis and planning. Cost estimating and cost/benefit analysis. Physical asset management and analysis. Economic and regulatory analysis. Benchmarking and program metrics. Business program and project management. Memoranda of Oral Commitments and Memoranda of Formal Agreements (MOC/MOFA). Congressional Budget Justifications (CBJs), Unfunded Requests (UFRs), Intelligence Program Objective Memoranda (IPOMs). Reporting for Office of Management and Budget (OMB), House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).

• Professional work experience in financial resource management, financial analysis, quantitative analysis, data analytics, accounting, business management, business process improvement, budgeting, inventory control and management, project management, organizational planning and strategy, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field such as business, finance, management, data analytics, accounting, organizational management, etc.
• Experience that includes use of MS Office products, advanced MS Excel skills, Primavera, BASIS, COGNOS, Tableau, etc.
• Experience with supporting the US intelligence community.
• Top Secret//SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Desired: Master's degree in an appropriate field such as business administration, finance, etc. may be considered in lieu of some work experience.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, etc.
