ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Primarily responsible for Analysis of data collected from CBM routes to include root cause failure analysis (RCFA). The CBM program will be developed under the direction of the maintenance leadership & 3rd party resources as needed oVibrationDevelop and maintain positive rapport with customers, suppliers, contractors, Kraft associates, and 3rd party associates. Serve as leader or participant on assigned teams & support team decisions. Comply with QRMP Quality Risk Management requirements for Maintenance/Engineering department. Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes. Facilitate timely completion & effectiveness of QRMP corrective actions for area of responsibility. Support Idea and Suggestion initiatives generated within Business Unit. Perform all work in accordance with Kraft, OSHA, and NEC standards (in a safe and efficient manner consistent with lockout/tagout, hot work, fall protection, and other OSHA regulations). Comply with all Kraft policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Understand and accepts the Operational Reliability culture and is supportive of plant and department team goals and vision. Utilize the SAP system to document maintenance activities. Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Management.
This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: In addition to the capabilities above a good candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi task, a basic understanding of mechanic parts and how they work.
Must have extensive knowledge of electrical equipment, components, and parts with a background in industrial, mechanical & electrical processes.
Will be required to achieve level I certification for Vibration and Infrared technologies within one year. Minimum of 2 years mechanical/electrical background in an industrial setting is required. Must have strong keyboarding and computer skills, and ability to interface with Microsoft Office business application software. Must be able to apply problem-solving techniques, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, and plan effectively. Administrative, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Personal Protective Equipment.
