Job Description

This role provides support to the Export Account Managers via weekly and monthly sales planning and orders management. You will be required to update weekly trackers and monthly sales folders to track and plan sales for each month, whilst liaising with the Customer Service team to provide forecast update to monthly financial targets. You will also provide support to account managers with pricing and promotion implementation and manage a list of smaller accounts.

Note: this is a 12 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities:

  • Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of annual budgeted:
  • Net Sales Value (NSV)
  • Forecasting: maintaining monthly demand forecast by sku, based on forecasts and plans from customers
  • Profitability / Contribution Margin
  • Build the "Kraft Heinz" brand names to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands
  • Develop a tactical programs to support both Marketing and Sales objectives and expand distribution channels
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all business practices comply with policies and regulations of the government and Heinz ethics
  • Monitor and/or assess industry's regulatory changes as well as competitive activities and their impact to Heinz

About you:

  • Tertiary education in Business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development in FMCG company
  • High level of organisation
  • Analytical mindset
  • Resilient and eager to learn
  • High attention to detail
