Overview

The Coordinator works with the Management Team to assure compliance to customer requirements, external standards, and internal specifications.

Responsibilities
    Assist Quality Manager in revising and improving the current quality management system
  • Assures document change control request process is performing as stated in the applicable Work Instruction
  • Routes, maintains and revises controlled documents and specifications including SOPs, WIs, and Internal Specifications following established processes to ensure revision control records are maintained
  • Constructing workflows, processes, and procedures
  • Maintaining databases
  • Communicating with proper personnel of revision
  • Creating internal audit schedule and communicating with department managers
  • Distributing internal audit projects and paperwork
  • Training of internal audit processes, may be shadowing own internal auditors
  • Report creation
  • Data analysis and metrics
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior Document Control and/or Quality experience. MS Office & Teams experience. Strong experience in Excel is preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
