Job Description
Senior SharePoint Developer
Falls Church, VA (on-Site)

MUST:

Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
Experienced Senior SharePoint Developer
10+ years of overall SharePoint design or development experience
Strong experience defining, designing, testing and deploying web solutions using SharePoint on Microsoft platforms
Strong SharePoint designer experience is required - this includes designer workflows, Data View Web Part (DVWP) content query web part, data form web part, as well as InfoPath form development
Heavy experience in SharePoint 10
Experience in development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance for SharePoint web and on Prem
Experience integrating business intelligence renderings into SharePoint site
Extensive knowledge of the DoD risk management and CyberSecurity considerations for the deployment of commercial tools and applications
Experience with HR tools like Lever or Sapling is a plus
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite to include : Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Self Starter
High attention to detail and extremely analytical
Open to learning new tools and embracing new technology
Related SharePoint certifications are desired
Bachelor's Degree

DUTIES:
Will support a major DoD client and help to develop and create custom solutions using .NET and SharePoint 10+ as well as InfoPath and SharePoint designer
Based on understanding of requirements, configure and/or develop SharePoint 2010 web parts, pages, navigation and security to meet business needs
Serve as Web Developer and Site Administrator, to assimilate business information & apply leading practices to make recommendations for an impactful SharePoint solution
Participate in system testing, integration testing, and review/development of business training materials
Application and data integration from various sources
Automation and document management using SharePoint 2010
Work in partnership with clients and business users to develop business requirements, processes and systems
Perform application upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
Participate in special projects as required
Assist the Government with preparing reports, briefs, white papers, etc.
