Job Description
Quality Strategy:

Collaborate with the technical delivery partners and assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with business objectives

Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and areas for process improvement within the organization to enhance product quality.

Risk Assessment: Assessing risks associated with product quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements, and devising mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business leaders, to understand requirements and set quality standards.

Quality Metrics: Defining key quality metrics and performance indicators to measure and monitor product quality.

Testing and Validation: Overseeing testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and test execution, to ensure products meet quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that products comply with /FRS and industry regulations and standards.

Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for QA process enhancements and sharing best practices.

Problem Resolution: Handling critical quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of QA processes, test plans, and test results for audit and reference purposes.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring stakeholders feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for quality improvement.

Quality Assurance Services

Obtain deep understanding of relevant business areas.

Build high-quality requirements and shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.

Review delivery teams output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases. 2.3.4.

Test Strategy: Contribute to the development of the overall testing strategy for the organization or project.

Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for technology solutions.

Test Design: Create detailed test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and design documents.

Test Execution: Execute test cases, report defects, and track their resolution through the testing lifecycle.

Test Automation: Implement and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Performance Testing: Evaluate system performance, load, and scalability through performance testing.

Documentation: Maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.

Defect Management: Monitor and manage the defect tracking process, ensuring defects are addressed in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of QA methodologies.

Risk Assessment: Identify and communicate risks associated with the testing process and help in risk mitigation planning.

Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze testing metrics and report on the quality of the software under test.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and industry standards, best practices in quality assurance.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate test progress, results, and issues to project stakeholder
