Provide the Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR) and the United Operational Test Team (UOTT) with full-time subject matter expertise to support and participate in operational test planning, reporting, and delivery of report-quality technical products.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate with the F-35 test community to support and facilitate operational test of upgraded hardware and software on the F-35.

Participate in building Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) to ensure Operational Test requirements are accurately included.

Participate in continuous assessment briefings to track status of system under test and progress of Operational Test.

Represent organizational interests and positions for OPTEVFOR and the UOTT at meetings locally and nationally via temporary travel and/or video tele-conferencing.

Provide input to operational test planning and data management/analysis documents to ensure intelligent design of test execution, analysis, and reporting.

Participate in planning for conduct of test trials using modeling and simulation environments.

Provide and help manage model and environment development requirements and priorities for conducting operational test in the Joint Simulation Environment.

Build realistic scenarios for use in open air and simulation test activities.

Provide inputs to monthly status reporting.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited program plus 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 10 years of experience is required.
