The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.'s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. Responsibilities
The Acquisition/Budget Program Manager position will provide specialized engineering expertise supporting the acquisition analysis of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) solutions and services.
The qualified candidate will assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise.
This position will be actively performing engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle. Functions will include providing day-to-day collaboration with development contractors, other Government program office personnel and Government Customers on systems engineering and acquisition functions in the domain area of GEOINT collection, mission management and mission processing.
This position provides management, leadership and oversight within a highly diversified team that support Ground Intelligence acquisitions providing cutting-edge capabilities to the intelligence community.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

    Requires a technical degree: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD
  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
  • Intelligence Community knowledge and work history
  • Experience with DoD/IC acquisition policy and procedures
  • Knowledge and experience delivering new capabilities using Agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications

  • Commitment to recognize, understand, respect and operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority
  • Ability to work for direct IC customer and familiarity with that customer's processes and organization
  • Excellent communication skills, multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously"
