EEI advocates public policy in legislative and regulatory arenas as well as works to promote the development and use of electricity and efficient electrotechnologies. As part of the EEI team, you would work to ensure that our members are well positioned to compete in the evolving marketplace for electricity and energy services.

EEI has expanded its contribution to the industry through its International Affiliate initiative. The international members work with EEI and its U.S. members on areas of mutual concern including global climate change, expanding markets for power, international technical standards, and electrotechnologies. This international outreach effort encourages an ongoing global dialogue addressing critical and emerging energy issues.

Location

EEI is located at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Washington, D.C. We are across the street from the National Archives and just a few blocks away from the U.S. Capitol and the Smithsonian Institution. The National Archives/Navy Memorial Metrorail station is directly in front of our building.
