Company Overview

My name is Andrew Glinka, and I am the owner of Omnino Networks. My philosophy is simple: provide exceptional service and do what’s right for your customers. This philosophy was instilled upon me by the CEO of Net2000 (my former employer), Charlie Thomas. Charlie taught me a lot about running a business and delivering exceptional customer service.

Shortly after I left Net2000, many of the people that I used to work with started calling me to help them with IT projects at their new companies. I decided to “hang out my shingle” and launch Omnino Networks, which incorporated in February 2002 with Wisor Telecom was our first customer. I am proud and honored to say that they are still a great customer some 2 and a half years later.

Six short months after I launched Omnino Networks, I needed to hire someone with all of the business that was coming in. I contacted my old boss at the Consulting Lab, Willie Brown, who is now the Director of Technology for the University of Maryland. He recommended that I speak with Ari Rebach, who was graduating around the time I was looking to bring someone on. I met Ari, and hired him on the spot. Ari came from the same training ground as I had, so I knew that he would make a great fit. Two years later, Ari continues to be a tremendous asset to our team. We also recently brought on Justin Haugh, who used to work for me at Net2000 as one of our Interns. I have worked with Justin since he was 16 years old, and he is now in his Senior year at George Mason University.
