We started Phacil in 2001 with a vision to bring best practices from the commercial world to the Federal Government. We wanted to bring our philosophy of providing exceptional customer service through outstanding employee development to the Federal marketplace. Quality Assurance at Phacil:

Phacil is committed to Customer Satisfaction at every level of the organization. To ensure that we provide the highest quality services to our customers, we have formalized our Quality Management System (QMS) and have attained ISO 9001:2000 registration (41072-2008-AQ-USA-RvA). We are now embarking on Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) process improvements for completion in 2009.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard of a comprehensive quality system, which has been verified by an independent auditing company. It is a “seal of approval” on how Phacil conducts business. It is beneficial to customers, who can have comfort in knowing Phacil is performing services at the highest level and standard, following documented processes which customers may review.
