  • Provide Owners and Lenders Title Insurance Policies through two national underwriters,

  • Conduct full 60 year Title abstract and Title examination to clear title,

  • Provide Deed restriction, Lien, Judgment and Tax searches,

  • Prepare and Notarize all legal documents for Closing,

  • Collect and disburse all funds due at closing, including satisfying any outstanding Mortgages,

  • Maintain all Escrow funds with an FDIC insured bank, and

  • Record all legal documents with Recorder of Deeds, including Deed and Deed of Trust/Mortgage.
