    Firm History
    The original driving force behind the firm, Walter Hall, recruited John Estill to join him in creating Hall Estill in 1967 after acquiring The Williams Companies (then WilBros) as a client. In time, Mr. Hall left the firm to become General Counsel for Williams.

    Upon Mr. Hall's departure, Thomas Gable led the firm from 1975 to 1995, followed by Kevin Hayes until 2002 when the firm's current Managing Partner, Michael Cooke, took the helm.
